The Friends of the Brodhead Public Library will proudly present “The Green County Country Potpourri Market” to be held this summer in the library parking lot. This market will feature artisan creations and crafts as well as farm fresh produce, from 9AM until 1PM the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month beginning May 18th and ending October 19th. A courtesy booth, for vendors and shoppers alike, will be available each week featuring free coffee, lemonade, tea or some other beverage along with fresh water.
All local and regional vendors who deal in handmade items or home grown, produced, canned or baked items are welcome to apply for their spot in our market, with the booth fees going to support The Brodhead Public Library. The seasonal fee is $50.00 if submitted by May first. If vendors prefer to display their wares for just a few weeks in the season, the fee is $12.00 per week. Applications are available at the library or by calling Brenda M at 608-897-4070 or Christine Dieckhoff at 608-558-5828. Market Rules are also available. Please fill out the application form and return to Potpourri Market c/o Friends of the Library, 1207 25th Street, Brodhead, WI 53520.
The Brodhead Public Library is a free library, primarily serving the citizens of Green and Rock counties. The proceeds of the market will be used to support the many programs offered by the library, and also for the purchase of books and a host of other materials.
